Assessment Tools and Analysis Services

NutritionQuest is a leader in the field of diet and physical activity assessment. We are the official source of the Block Food Frequency Questionnaire and other dietary and physical activity questionnaires developed under the guidance of Dr. Gladys Block. Block Assessment Tools are designed and tested for usability, and have a long history of validation in a variety of demographic subpopulations. Our questionnaires have been used in hundreds of research studies.

All Block Questionnaires and Screeners for assessment of diet and physical activity are available for administration in two different formats:

We conduct analyses of the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) data to assist in answering specific research questions and as the basis for development of tailored tools.
